ENHANCED FRAME AND ALL-NEW REAR LEAF-SPRING SUSPENSION • Patented hydroformed steel front structure creates a strong foundation for engine compartment components • Frame crossmembers are welded and riveted for strength • Rear leaf springs are 8 inches longer and attach farther forward on the frame, giving the vehicle more balance and better control • Designed to keep vehicle’s rear end lower for easier towing of fi fth-wheel trailers • Staggered rear shocks contribute to balance and control • New fully boxed front section (below) has lowered frame horns by 7 inches to meet vehicle compatibility standards without the need for a blocker beam • Every Super Duty frame is e-coated for improved corrosion resistance
